The Marketing Specialist role is responsible for providing marketing support and collateral for the sale of GTR™ Event Technology – which involves digital and print content creation, copywriting, and brand management.
You will work out of your home and collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the overall marketing plan.
While the Marketing Specialist will be provided a healthy amount of direction in each project, the ideal candidate has a history of executing marketing initiatives and a track record of results.

3+ years of marketing experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar degree.
Must have excellent written communication skills as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Knowledge of the event industry, trade shows, conventions a plus.
Experience with marketing B2B and/or SASS products preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Develop a working relationship with internal operational departments to create content and collateral that is consistent with the GTR™ brand.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas to grow the GTR™ brand and drive additional web traffic.
Conceptualize and execute automated email flows to generate revenue, confirm information, and improve customer retention.
Work with the Marketing Manager to follow SEO best practices in research & development of the GTR™ blog & website.
Analyze and qualify marketing opportunities with the time and cost of pursuing.
Actively manage social media channels in partnership with our Marketing Agency.
Create and edit sales and marketing collateral including product one-pagers, proposals, case studies, and sales presentations.
Creation and optimization of content through 3rd party online listings such as Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, etc.
Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports showing marketing performance and results across all channels.
