We’re excited to announce version 3.0! 🎉
In our latest release, we’ve redesigned how you view modules and manage your event participants. Our platform now allows you to quickly navigate participant data and see activities such as scans, transactions, session registrations, and emails all in one place.
List of Enhancements
We’ve redesigned how you see GTR™ modules to help cut down on the number of clicks needed to navigate the platform.
View and Edit Participants:
We’ve overhauled how you see participant data in order to speed up your workflow and save you time on-site (when it’s most important). You can now:
See an overview of your participants by status, type, registration date, and more.
Quickly access email options, login links, add transactions, and cancel participants.
Quickly copy email addresses of participants by clicking the icon beside email on the participant tab.
View Activities – See past participant activity including emails, transactions, etc. Filter by scans, emails, transactions, and session registrations.
Edit Participant Fields – Edit traditional form fields and advanced option fields.
Manage Transactions – Manage transactions and promo codes by participant.
Edit Option Groups – Manage option groups selected by participants during registration.
View Line Items – View line items selected on the form or admin edit view.
View Fees – View balances, payments, discount amounts.
View Audit Log – View all changes made to a participant.
View Browsing History – View browsing history by participant.
Manage Lead Retrieval – Add/remove activation codes, qualifiers, and view scanned leads.
To access your participants activity feed on desktop: In your GTR™ account, navigate to Participants > Edit Participant > Activity Feed.
