Client Success Coordinator
We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our team! Perfect for the individual who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, in a position with tremendous growth potential. You will have the ability to work with many different clients, assist multiple Client Success Managers and Client Success Leads, and work on a multitude of tasks.
GTR™ Event Technology provides solutions and services to tradeshows, meetings, conferences and events around the world. As a part of our operations team, this entry level position is responsible for everything from creating project timelines, manipulating Excel for client reporting purposes, reviewing client invoices, traveling the world supporting events, deploying equipment, teaching clients our products, providing support to event attendees and working with all departments. We are a venture capital backed event technology company experiencing rapid growth. This provides a unique experience to grow professionally and personally with a fun and dynamic group.
Successful CSCs love to work hard, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple deadlines while putting their head down and accomplishing the task at hand. They are flexible, fast learners, and self-starters.

Supporting clients and Customer Service Managers
Ability to manage multiple events at one time
Event site creation, data management and importing
Testing of finished products
Organization upkeep with official policies and procedures
Onsite support/management of client events & supporting team members onsite for their client events
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in using computer applications. Smart enough to understand the technology but social enough to explain it to a child.
Ability to learn technology quickly and build rapport with new people
Team player who is goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
Desire to work on a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced team with high levels of integrity
Excellent communication skills across email, phone, video conference and in person
