Client Success Coordinator
The role of a GTR™ Client Success Coordinator (CSC) is one of the most exciting roles in the company. As a CSC, no two days look alike as you will have the ability to work with many different clients, assist multiple GTR™ Client Success Managers and work on a multitude of tasks.
Everything from manipulating Excel for client reporting purposes, reviewing client invoices, creating project timelines, traveling the world supporting events, deploying equipment, teaching clients our products, providing support to event attendees and working with all departments of GTR™.
Successful CSCs love to work hard, thrive in a fast pace environment and can juggle multiple deadlines while putting their head down and accomplishing the task at hand. The best CSCs succeed due to a desire to learn and grow matched with a tenacious sense of hustle.
B.A or B.S Degree.
Proficiency in using computer applications. Smart enough to understand the technology but social enough to explain it to a child.

Quick at understanding and learning new technologies.
Oversee projects as the production liaison – assign tasks, tracking progress, keeping deadlines.
Support of clients and Customer Success Managers.
Product testing and quality control.
Organization upkeep with official policies and procedures.
Onsite support/management of client events.
Supporting team members onsite for their client events.
Updates to websites.
Lead Retrieval exhibitor support.
Lead Retrieval e-blast management with team.
Data management and importing.
Client-focused solutions based on their needs.
Ability to prioritize and plan (will assist with multiple events at one time).
Cultivate existing and new client relationships.
30% of the job will include travel.
